I have been a loyal Comcast subscriber for years now, and every week I get a flashy new offer in the mail for discounts equal to 40% off my current rates available only for NEW clients. Why do old clients suffer, and even worse, why do they rub our noses in it?

HHHHMMMM....This seems like the just want more new clients..attracting new clients with supposedly lower rates BUT once a new customer has signed up, they may pile on a lot..and i mean a lot of add ons so it basically seems like they lie to everyone..I will ask around if these new clients really do get better rates..If Yes, GGGRR! Sigh. Corporations..always making us suffer.
