query on hbo by time warner

My business partner has Time Warner as her cable and internet provider. She is relatively very happy with it and loves the shows in hbo. Is it true that Time Warner gives lower rates than other cable companies? She has a big family with lots of kids so she loves that Time warner is such a wholesome cable provider; disney channel and nickelodeon..

her one problem is the increasing rate. does this really happen? the company unexpectedly increases the rates?

Unfortunately, yes it's true.They continuously increase their rates.
Plus, the increase is so big! It's 5 percent or more. If you're planning to get Time Warner, I suggest that you think about it again. Think Smile

Hello, swarls. Thank you for the comment. I am using another cable company's services but my business partner is always talking about time warner that it made curious. Are you with Time warner as well? What are the bad and good things about the cable service that they have?

Hi RaQueLady, I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been so busy with work lately.
Anyway, your business partner is always talking about Time Warner right? In a good way or in a bad way? Because if it has always been good things she's saying, then probably she/he is one of the lucky ones .Haha.BigGrin
Well, each cable company has its own pro's and con's, so it really depends on which one suits your needs and your location is also very important.I've been with Time Warner for a long time but I'm in the process of switching because I think that the price increase is too much already.Smile
