Just what is a bundle? And how will it help you save money?
Often, a cable company will put together a package consisting of several different services.
This usually consists of cable, phone, and internet. And they offer it to you at a markedly cheaper price compared to what you might have paid if you had gotten each of those services individually.
An example of individual pricing is the following computation:
Cable - $45
Internet - $45
Phone - $45
------------------
Total - $135
That's a whopping $135 that you have to pay monthly. However, if you choose to take advantage of their bundles, you can get it at a sweet deal of $105 per month.
That's a savings of $360 dollars per year!
In a lot of cases, bundles can save you money. You can get many or even all of the services that you need under just one subscription. You only get one bill, talk to only one provider, and save money in the process.
Again, we said that in a lot of cases, bundles can save you money. But not ALL the time. Especially when you start getting services you don't need just because they're cheaper.
Do you really need all the services you’re getting? Are you better off getting a plan where you pay for unlimited use of all 3 services when you only surf the Internet sparingly? You need to really study all the plans out there and decide what you really need. In the end, the right bundle can really make your life convenient.
The wrong one, however, can cost you.
